Copper North Announces $800,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement Offering
January 31, 2018 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Copper North Mining Corp. (“Copper North” or the “Company”) (TSX.V:COL) announces a non-brokered private placement offering (the “Offering”) to sell 13,333,333 common share (“Common Share”) at price of $0.06 per Common Share to raise gross proceeds of up to $800,000.
The net proceeds of the common shares will be used for general working capital purposes.
Closing of the Offering is anticipated to occur on or before March 15, 2018 and is subject to receipt of applicable regulatory approvals including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities will be subject to a four month hold.
